Tell us a little bit about your company and its foundation.

Developing and building relationships with several long-time Denver general contractors Dick grew his HVAC business over he years and was still active in it until his passing in 2012. Sons Dirk and Jim have continued to further develop and grow the Company to offer and perform HVAC Residential and Commercial Services throughout the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. Always innovative and curious, the Pasterkamps are always researching and implementing new technologies and equipment designs to enhance their product offerings. They offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

How often do you recommend people service their HVAC System?

We recommend annual equipment inspection and maintenance for residential heating and cooling equipment (not including air filter replacement).

What are the benefits of servicing your system regularly?

Service and maintenance provides increased efficiency which leads to lower operating costs and longer equipment lifespan. We service many customers with equipment that is over 20 years old and still operating as safely and efficiently as the day it was first installed.

What commonly goes wrong with someone's HVAC System if they do not service it regularly?

All HVAC equipment, regardless of manufacturer, requires service and maintenance. Improper and infrequent maintenance will overwork mechanical parts, motors, contactors, relay, burners, compressors, pumps, safety switches, etc. leading to premature failure usually occurring at the time when heating or cooling is most desired and needed.
